About Puyenbroeck
Puyenbroeck is a large recreational park located in the town of Wachtebeke in Belgium. The park covers an area of approximately 510 hectares and is popular among locals and tourists alike. The park was named after the Puyenbroeck Castle, which was built in the 13th century and still stands on the grounds of the park. The castle was once the home of several noble families before being converted into a museum during the 20th century. The park has a variety of attractions for visitors, including an extensive network of walking and cycling trails, a large lake for boating and fishing, a horse riding center, and several playgrounds for children.
