About Glen Garden
Glen Garden Golf and Country Club is a historic golf course located in Fort Worth, Texas. It was founded in 1912 and has hosted many notable golfers throughout its history, including Ben Hogan and Byron Nelson. In fact, Hogan and Nelson both worked as caddies at the club before becoming professional golfers. The course has undergone renovations over the years, but still retains its classic design and challenging greens. Glen Garden also has a rich history in women's golf, hosting the Women's Southern Amateur Championship in 1919 and 1928. Today, Glen Garden remains a popular destination for golf enthusiasts and is open to public play.
