Chardon Lakes Golf Course, located in Chardon, Ohio, is a public 18-hole course that opened in 1931 with an original nine holes designed by Bert Way, who also designed Firestone North and Mayfield Country Club. The course expanded to 18 holes in 1963 with designs by Don Tincher and Carroll Bazler. Known for its challenging layout, the course features mature trees, water hazards on 11 holes, and large, sloped greens. It has hosted several qualifiers for the Cleveland Open and notable events featuring golf legends like Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.
