About Carnwath Golf Club

Carnwath Golf Club, established in 1907 in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, is a scenic parkland course designed by W. Auchterlonie and later redesigned by G.M. Clark in 1963. The 18-hole, par-70 course spans 5,953 yards from the white tees and features a blend of natural countryside beauty, artistically shaped fairways, and excellent rolling greens. Notably, the course includes the historic Carnwath Motte, a 12th-century defensive ditch located behind the first green.
