Dumas Memorial Golf Course is a public 9-hole golf course located in Baker, Louisiana. The course was named in honor of local civic leader David E. Dumas Sr. and was opened in 1960. It was one of the first public golf courses in the Baton Rouge area and is still a popular destination for golfers of all skill levels. The course features tree-lined fairways, elevated greens, and water hazards on several holes. In addition to golf, the Dumas Memorial Golf Course offers a full-service pro shop, a driving range, and practice putting and chipping greens. The course also hosts regular golf tournaments and events throughout the year.
