About Goose Creek Golf Club
As its name suggests, Goose Creek Golf Club was originally designed to incorporate the natural beauty of the surrounding Goose Creek and its wetlands. It was widely regarded as one of the most challenging courses in Virginia due to its narrow fairways, tree-lined drives, and intricate bunkering. However, in 2018 the course closed due to declining revenues and financial difficulties. Since then, the future of the property has been uncertain, with plans for either redevelopment or the potential reopening of the golf course under new management still up in the air.
