About Jockey Club

The Jockey Club de Buenos Aires, founded on April 15, 1882, is one of Argentina's most prestigious institutions. In 1929, the club expanded to include golf, commissioning renowned architect Alister MacKenzie to design two 18-hole courses, the Colorada and Azul, which opened in 1930. These courses have hosted numerous prestigious tournaments, including the Argentine Open and the World Cup, and have been played by golf legends such as Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson, and Gary Player.
