About Oak Hills Country Club

Oak Hills Country Club, located in Katori, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, is an 18-hole championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. and Midori Tomizawa. Established in 1982, it was the first course in Japan to feature bentgrass greens with a single green design, offering an authentic American golfing experience. The course spans 6,900 yards with a par of 72, featuring spacious greens averaging 700 square meters and strategically placed water hazards that challenge players to carefully plan each shot. Operated by Accordia Golf, the club has hosted 11 professional tournaments, including the first World Championship.
