About Caberfae Peaks

Caberfae Peaks Ski & Golf Resort, located in Cadillac, Michigan, is one of the oldest ski resorts in the United States, officially opening in January 1937. The resort's name, derived from the Gaelic term for 'stag's head,' reflects its Scottish heritage. The 9-hole Peaks Course, designed by Harry Bowers and opened in 1995, offers a scenic golfing experience with bent grass tees, greens, and fairways, and features 11 bridges spanning various wetlands, streams, and ravines. The course is known for its natural beauty, with 75-foot trees lining the fairways and striking views of the surrounding wilderness.
