About Balmoral
Balmoral is a residential and retail district in the south of Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is named after the Balmoral estate in Scotland, which was purchased by the Queen Victoria in 1852. The district is known for its large indoor shopping center, the Balmoral Plaza, which features a wide variety of stores from fashion and beauty to electronics and groceries. Balmoral is also home to the Balmoral Golf Club, which was established in 1914 and has hosted numerous international golf tournaments.
