Monticello Golf Club is located in Cassina Rizzardi, a small town in the province of Como, Italy. The course was designed by Luigi Cattaneo and opened in 1974. It is situated on a hilly terrain with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and Lake Montorfano. The course is a par 72 and measures 6,454 meters from the championship tees. Monticello has hosted many international golf events including the Italian Open in 1985, 1986, and 2003. It is considered one of the best golf clubs in Italy and is a popular destination for both recreational golfers and professionals. In addition to the golf course, Monticello also features a driving range, practice putting greens, and a restaurant serving local cuisine.
