Lake Merced Golf Club, established in 1922 in Daly City, California, is a private 18-hole course renowned for its challenging layout and rich history. Originally designed by Willie Lock, the course has undergone enhancements by notable architects including Alister MacKenzie in 1929, Rees Jones in 1996, and Gil Hanse in 2021.
