About Mohawk Park

Mohawk Park is the largest municipal park in Tulsa, Oklahoma, covering an area of approximately 2,800 acres. It was established in 1929 and named after the Mohawk tribe of the Iroquois Confederacy. The park features two golf courses, a zoo with over 2,000 animals, a botanical garden, a disc golf course, playgrounds, picnic areas, and various sports facilities, including baseball, softball, soccer, and tennis. There are also several lakes in the park that offer fishing, boating, and recreation opportunities. The Tulsa Zoo at Mohawk Park is the most visited attraction in Tulsa, with over 500,000 visitors annually.
