About Kinabalu Golf Club
Kinabalu Golf Club, established in 1933 and located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia, is the oldest golf club in the region. Originally known as Jesselton Golf Club, it was renamed in 1963 after relocating to its current site in Tanjung Aru. The club features an 11-hole parkland course designed by Robert Muir Graves, offering a par 35 layout over 3,532 meters with a course rating of 68.5 and a slope rating of 135. The course is characterized by corridor-style fairways, fast undulating greens, and strategic bunkers and water hazards.
