About Astbury Golf Course

Astbury Golf Club, established in 1922 and remodeled by Fred Hawtree in the 1970s, is a picturesque parkland course in South Cheshire. The course features tree-lined fairways and the historic Macclesfield Canal running through it, offering a blend of natural beauty and strategic challenges. Notable holes include the 12th, requiring a carry over a ravine, and the 3rd, a par 5 in the opposite direction. The club celebrated its centenary in 2022 and hosted the Cheshire County Stroke Play championship.
