About Maria Theresa Golf Club
The Maria Theresa Golf Club is named after the Austrian Empress Maria Theresa, who ruled the region in the 18th century. It is located in the town of Chotěboř in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic and was founded in 2001. The 18-hole championship course was designed by renowned golf course architect Keith Preston and covers an area of 67 hectares. The course features varied terrain with plenty of elevation changes, as well as water hazards and bunkers, making it a challenging but enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. The clubhouse at the Maria Theresa Golf Club offers a range of amenities, including a pro shop, restaurant, and a spacious terrace with stunning views of the course.
