Frederikshavn Golfklub is situated in the northeastern part of Jutland, close to the coast of the Kattegat sea. The golf course was designed by Danish golf architect Jan Sederholm and opened in 1990. It is known for its challenging layout and beautiful surroundings with a mix of parkland holes and links-style holes. The course is par 72 and measures 6,329 meters from the back tees. There are also practice facilities including a driving range, putting green, and short game area. Frederikshavn Golfklub has hosted several professional and amateur tournaments over the years and is open to visitors.
