About Coyote Springs
Coyote Springs is a planned community located in the Moapa Valley of Southern Nevada, approximately 50 miles northeast of Las Vegas. The community was originally proposed to have over 43,000 homes, but the 2008 economic downturn stalled development. In recent years, new developers have taken over and are working to bring the project back to life. The centerpiece of the community is the Coyote Springs Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The community is also expected to include hotels, retail centers, and other amenities.
