About Vancouver Golf and Country Club
The Vancouver Golf and Country Club is located in Coquitlam, British Columbia and was founded in 1911. It was originally known as the Vancouver Club, and the name was changed to the Vancouver Golf Club in 1922. The course was designed by the legendary golf course architect, A.V. Macan, and has undergone several renovations over the years, including a major renovation in 2008 by architect Wayne Carleton. The 18-hole, par 72 course offers a challenging but fair test of golf, with narrow fairways and fast greens. The club also offers excellent facilities including a driving range, short game area, putting green, and fully stocked pro shop. The clubhouse has a full-service restaurant and bar, as well as private function and meeting rooms for members and guests.
