Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort & SPA, located on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, Italy, is the island's first 18-hole golf course, designed by Luigi Rota Caremoli in 1989. The par-72 course spans 5,870 meters and features narrow, tree-lined fairways that demand precision over distance, with five par-fives and five par-threes adding variety. Set at 650 meters above sea level within Mount Etna National Park, the course offers breathtaking views of the active volcano and surrounding natural parks, providing a unique and memorable golfing experience.
