It was designed by renowned golf course architect Chris Lutzke and opened for play in 2004. The course spans over 300 acres of rolling hills, wetlands, renovated natural grasses, and native wildlife habitats. The layout offers golfers a mix of challenging and picturesque holes, including 15 holes with water features, 80 bunkers, and four sets of tee boxes. The Eagle Eye golf club is also home to a lavish clubhouse with a fine dining restaurant, a pro shop, conference facilities, and banquet halls that can accommodate up to 375 guests. It has hosted several prestigious golf tournaments, including the Michigan Open and the National Club Professional Championship.
