About Forest Park
Forest Park is one of the largest urban parks in the United States, covering 1,293 acres in St. Louis, MO. It was established in 1876 and has been host to many important events in the city's history, including the 1904 World's Fair. The park is home to many attractions, including the Saint Louis Zoo, the Saint Louis Art Museum, the Missouri History Museum, and the Saint Louis Science Center. It also features several lakes, walking and biking trails, and sports fields. Forest Park draws over 13 million visitors a year and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in St. Louis.
