About Hazeltine National Golf Club

Hazeltine National Golf Club is a private golf club located in Chaska, Minnesota. It was established in 1962 and was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and later renovated by his son, Rees Jones. The course has hosted numerous major golf events including the U.S. Open, the PGA Championship, and the Ryder Cup. In fact, the club has hosted the Ryder Cup twice, in 1970 and 2016, making it one of only a handful of clubs to have hosted the event more than once. The course is known for its challenging layout, which includes narrow fairways, deep bunkers, and water hazards.
