About Cherokee Golf Club
Founded in 1895, Cherokee Golf Course in Louisville, Kentucky, is one of the oldest municipal golf courses in the United States. Designed by Tom Bendelow, this 9-hole, par-36 course features a hilly layout with two lake holes, making it an excellent place to improve your short-iron game. Additional amenities include a fully stocked Pro Shop, snack bar, large practice putting green, and a picnic area for outings. A fishing lake and playground area are adjacent to the course.
