About The Fort
The Fort Golf Course, also known as "The Fort," is an 18-hole golf course located in Indianapolis, IN. Built in 1997 and designed by renowned golf course architect Pete Dye, The Fort offers a challenge to golfers of all skill levels with its undulating terrain, deep ravines, and strategically placed bunkers. The course is located on the site of a former military fort dating back to the Civil War era, and the clubhouse and course design pay homage to the fort's history. The Fort has been host to numerous amateur and professional golf events, including the Indiana PGA Championship and the Big Ten Men's Golf Championship.
