About Bear Mountain
Bear Mountain is a popular golf club located in Victoria, British Columbia. It comprises two championship golf courses - the Mountain Course and the Valley Course. The Mountain Course, designed by the legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus, is known for its challenging layout and stunning panoramic views. It stretches across the mountainside and offers players a unique golfing experience with dramatic elevation changes, lush fairways, and fast, undulating greens. The Valley Course, designed by renowned architect Nicklaus Design, is equally picturesque and more forgiving compared to the Mountain Course. Bear Mountain Golf Club also hosted the PGA TOUR Champions event, the Pacific Links Championship, from 2016 to 2018, attracting some of the world's top professional golfers.
