Cougar Point is a golf course located on Kiawah Island, South Carolina. It was originally designed by Gary Player in 1976 and underwent a major renovation in 2017 by course architect, Tom Fazio. The course boasts 6,875 yards of golf from the longest tees and has a par of 72. The picturesque landscape features breathtaking views of the Kiawah River and the surrounding marshes. It has previously hosted the 2001 and 2002 World Cup of Golf as well as numerous PGA Tour events. Cougar Point is considered one of the top golf courses in South Carolina and a must-play for golf enthusiasts.
