About Carlisle
Carlisle is a community located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. It is a rural area known for its farms, horse stables and conservation areas. The village is the home of the Flamborough Agricultural Society, which runs the Carlisle Fair, an annual fall fair that has been held since 1852. The community also features a popular park, the Carlisle Conservation Area, which offers hiking, bird watching, fishing and picnicking.
