The fastest way to reach us about a problem with GolfingRecord is via the in-app contact form on this page, which routes directly to our support inbox and is monitored by a human (no canned-reply bots). We aim to reply within two business days; if your message is urgent or you haven't heard back after a week, send a follow-up — it occasionally happens that a message is caught by a spam filter and a nudge brings it to the top.

For bug reports, please include the page you were on when the bug happened, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are very helpful, particularly for layout issues that depend on screen size. If the problem involves your handicap calculation or a specific round, mention the round date and course so we can reproduce the issue against your account state.

For privacy or data-rights requests (data export, deletion, rectification, restriction of processing, etc.), see the Privacy Policy for the dedicated process — those requests go through a separate route to make sure we handle them correctly under UK GDPR. For account or billing issues, mention your sign-in email address and the date of any relevant transaction; that lets us trace the issue without an extra round-trip.
