Release History

GolfingRecord ships small improvements continuously rather than batching them into infrequent large releases. This page lists the substantive changes — new features, redesigned pages, additional supported handicap systems, course-database expansions, and fixes for issues that affected more than a handful of users. Routine bug fixes, dependency updates, performance work, and behind-the-scenes refactors aren't listed individually; the focus here is on changes that affect how you use the service or how it computes your numbers.

If a change affects how your handicap is calculated, how Stableford points are awarded, how your historical data is migrated when you switch handicap systems, or how your account data is stored, it's flagged here in advance of the change going live so you know what to expect and can ask questions before it lands.

The release notes also call out new statistics and reports, course-database additions, when previously-Premium features become Free, and any planned breaking changes to the public scorecard URLs (which are stable as a matter of policy — old course URLs continue to work indefinitely so external links don't rot).
